It's no easy feat getting Gianna to sit for an interview. She has a lot of energy and she likes to burn it off.

Gianna was on vacation when SCORE phoned her. "I feel like the itty-bitty-titty committee compared to those chicks!" Gianna said. "Both of mine are as big as one of theirs. They've got huge tits!
