"I think growing up is very different for American girls than it is for British girls. In England, girls can go topless at 16 in the newspapers if they have their parents' permission. There's nothing wrong with that. American girls can't do it. In the United States, people are horrified and shocked if someone exposes a nipple like that silly Janet Jackson incident. American girls see that and learn not to like their bodies. That's why so many American girls are getting cosmetic surgery before they mature. Don't you think it ludicrous for a 16 year-old to get breast implants? British girls are more in tune with their bodies."
