The younger Star sister has two miniature breast pumps or clamps to coax her nipples to emerge. By tightening the screw, a vacuum is created, forming a suction. These suction devices can also be used on the clitoris. They may look small but they create a powerful suction. It takes time to get used to them so Erin keeps them on for only a short time.

"I like to play with toys," Erin told us. "Guys love to see me play with my boobs. They tell me it makes them crazy. They want to see me bounce them up and down without using my hands."
