The voting tabulations are over, July 2016 Voluptuous magazine is completed and the Newcomer of the Year award goes to Alexya of Romania. Juliana Simms came in second and Larissa Linn was third. We know it was a difficult decision on the part of the voters considering the seven great girls in this contest.
