Arianna had come a long way, too, from Bucharest, Romania, where she was born and lives, but her 600-mile journey was nothing compared to the 5,000 miles our photographer and stylist were from home. Which might make you wonder, "Why didn't we simply fly Arianna to Miami and shoot her in our studio?" The answer: Because we can't. Recent U.S. regulations prohibit any adult company in the 50 states from photographing any non-U.S. citizen on American soil.
