We pondered long and hard about placing the beautiful Sofie in Voluptuous. The decision to include her was based on the open-ended definition of voluptuousity, which isn't just a straightforward matter of body weight or body shape. True, most of the models in Voluptuous tend to skew to the mesomorphic and endomorphic body shapes, from the heavyweight look of a Laura Bailey or Deja, to the well fed bosoms and behinds of meso-girls such as Belinda and Vicky, and then to the slimmer glamour girl curves of Annette Christianson and Adina Jo. Sofie's "can't pinch an inch," slender, ectomorphic bod and natural knockers is in that category which includes the Czech Marie from our July 2000 issue and Lucia (April '99). Originally debuting in the Oct. '99 edition of SCORE, in which she smeared a pastry all over herself, Sofie is an Italian nurse living and working in Lugano, Switzerland. She's 22 years old, measures 40-25-35, weighs 127 Ibs. and buys 34E bras. We're not sure how our European correspondent found her. Possibly he was at the hospital for his weekly prostate exam, and spied Sofie swishing by in her nurses' whites. A smooth operator, he was able to chat her up and guide her to the set on her day off. Our fertile imaginations conjure a Morticia Addams look to Sofie in this pictorial. Surprisingly, our lensman didn't opt for a nurse photo-set to capitalize on her real life profession. Could be that Sofie herself preferred something more boudoir-ish. And chicks with her looks always get their way, so...
