We confess. We do love our SCORE columnist Alyssa, and here are some of the reasons:

* Alyssa has never missed a deadline in over four years.
*Her column is the best ever written by a model in the history of men's magazine publishing. So say we.
*She's dependable, capable, determined and strong, cuddly-wuddly and fuzzy-wuzzy all at once.
*She has always been a loyal, supportive friend to many of her fellow dancers and models.
*She bakes Christmas cakes and cookies for the entire SCORE staff every year. And she does it with her own soft, tender hands.
*Alyssa has fantastic tits. Okay, we had to throw this line in.
* Alyssa is the kind of woman you want by your side when the chips are down.

This pictorial did not come about easily and Alyssa will be the first to agree with that statement. AA was in town for her annual show at Treasure Island in Hialeah and, of course, she came by the SCORE building for an afternoon with the staff. (See SCORELAND News #54 "Alyssa Comes To Visit.") The editors took Alyssa out to lunch and, halfway through, started begging, pleading, whining and hectoring. As the concept of straight-up masculine begging, with a dash of rationalizing and some dripping Heinz 57 ketchup, touches some inner chord in a woman's heart, our baby-doll eventually consented to delay her departure from the eccentric state of Florida for one day so we could once again capture her essence, especially those succulent tits, on film. Alyssa even went out and bought a new pair of shoes, a sure sign that a woman is serious about a date. So here we go for the first time in several years, the October '99 issue to be exact. This is Alyssa Alps' return studio shoot. Thanks for being you, Alyssa. Great to schmooze ya.
